Free trial terms

These terms apply when you start a free trial of Catalog, run by DskLab Solutions ("we", "us").

What you get

• 14 days of access to your Catalog storefront and merchant admin at no charge.
• We set up your store link and connect shipping on your existing J&T VIP account (you keep your VIP rates and dashboard).
• No setup fee during the trial.

What we need from you

• A valid J&T VIP seller account and VIP code we can verify.
• Accurate warehouse or pickup address for shipping.
• You continue to pack parcels and hand them to J&T as you do today.

After the trial

When your 14-day trial ends, your subscription continues only if you pay ₱1,499/month (currently ₱1,499 per month). We confirm payment offline (e.g. GCash or bank transfer) before extending your access. If you do not subscribe, your storefront may be paused and your admin access limited.

Cancelling during trial

You may stop using Catalog at any time during the trial by contacting us. If you shipped test orders during the trial, cancel any unused waybills in your J&T VIP dashboard — Catalog does not cancel courier bookings automatically.

Limitations

• The trial is for evaluation only. Abuse, spam, or illegal products are not allowed.
• We may end a trial early if we cannot verify your VIP account or if shipping setup fails for reasons outside our control.
• Catalog relies on third-party services (including courier and shipping partners). We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or account changes made directly in your J&T VIP dashboard.
