Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Catalog — storefront and order tools for Philippine sellers, operated by DskLab Solutions.

Service

Catalog provides a hosted storefront, merchant admin, and shipping integration tools. We connect to your existing J&T VIP account via approved partners. You remain responsible for product quality, packing, and handoff to the courier.

Accounts

You must provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscription and payment

Paid access is billed at ₱1,499/month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is collected offline unless we enable online billing later. Failure to pay may result in suspended storefront or admin access.

Acceptable use

You may not use Catalog for illegal goods, fraud, or activity that harms other users or our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Third parties

Shipping, tracking, and VIP rates are provided through your courier account and our integration partners. Disputes about parcels, COD collection, or VIP pricing are between you and the courier, subject to their policies.

Disclaimer

Catalog is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or the admin dashboard when practical.
